This business is a fraud and a scheme. They take your full deposit for the bikes and never deliver and or refund your money. We waited 5 months and Kristen initially spoke to us and called/email back. Then after 25 attempts she stopped communicating and we cannot get out money refunded. We spent almost $600 on three bikes which were never delivered and we just wanted our money back. A complaint with the BBB did not produce any results. These folks are a fraud and thieves. Ordered a bike 5 weeks ago and have not received it. Two weeks ago I received a reply to my inquiry stating the bike was coming in and would be shipped with a notification that week. I have heard nothing and no one has responded to my requests since.
Total fraud company. Ordered in june and had a few phone conversations and then they went completely silent and phone message says only replying via email... sent multiple emails and no reply for months. Called CC company and working through a fraud investigations. Good luck if you buy from them.
