I am sadly familiar with Floralies Lasalle. I went to the Quebec ombudsman about them after my loved one almost died of a bedsore suffered in a 10-day lockdown in 2018. What I saw then was exactly as described recently on the news: gross negligence and incompetence—and a general lack of protocols, prevention measures, treatments, and services. Mon père avait peur ,il me disait des choses qui se passait mais je ne le croyais pas, avec les nouvelles à la télé cette semaine j'aurais dû le croire , heureusement il est déménagé

My Mom was a resident at Floralies-De-Lasalle for about 2 years. She was well taken care of during her stay. The staff are very hard working and do their best to tend to the needs of their residents with the resources they have. On behalf of my entire famiy, I want to thank everyone at Floralies-De-Lasalle for taking care of mom.
