Sad to be posting this. Dr. Bernard Lalonde is a nice man, but the products are legitimately watered down and/or low quality. I saw another review stating the same when my partner and I were scouting for a regular doctor and brushed it off, but it’s unfortunately true. In my 3 years of getting forehead treatments and my partner’s 8 years of treatments for hyperhidrosis we’ve never had product that is this ineffective/doesn’t last. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Since my microdermabrasion treatment, I have been following their daily skin care routine recommendations and my face has never felt so hydrated or looked so refreshed!
I had two cycles of coolsculpting done mid August on my under chin, and now that I'm the full 12 weeks post procedure, I can absolutely say that I'm super pleased with my results! Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was really nice and professional, I'll definitely contact them again next time I need something done.
