Thank god for these guys. I was trying to buy a fixer-upper house, and after going over the details, I was approved; but, they told me to get a structural engineer before they could deposit any money. I'm so glad they did. The engineer found enough damage I missed to declare the building compromised. Chrome Financial Group saved me from a bad investment, AND are still standing by with my loan while I look for another house.
My wife and I needed to cover some moving costs. We had a few options but went with these guys. Nice offices, pleasent people, and no bullshit. We got the money next day and managed to move up our schedule.
I needed a slightly bigger budget to open a business, but never heard of these guys. A friend suggested them and they were great. I made an appointment and explained my situation. After going over the details, I was approved and got the money the next morning.
Needed a loan to repair some damage to property I own in Florida. These guys were great, they met with me right away and got me the money so I could get rolling right away. Will def be telling friends about them
