I have visited the Chrome store in Lubbock three times recently, and unfortunately, all three visits resulted in a poor experience. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the inventory itself is genuinely nice and they carry unique items. However, the quality control and overall value seem very low. I purchased a set of wine glasses costing around $400. When I opened the package at home, one of the glasses was chipped right out of the box. For that price, the item should be flawless.
