We spent quite a bit of money purchasing 8 chairs. Unfortunately, 3 of the chair's backs were clearly warped. I was so disappointed that they passed any type of quality check before being shipped out. After a few back and forths with customer service, we had to disassemble and rebox them (not an easy thing) and wait for FedEx to pick up. Weeks later they were returned. We bought a Chromcraft kitchen set in 1986 that we loved. We remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and chose to replace our set with a new Chromcraft set. We are very disappointed in the quality of this set vs. our first one. The finish on the edge of the table started to flake off after the first year. Furniture Fair would not do anything since we refused the extended care option. We didn't think it was necessary for a high end set when our first one held up great for 32 years.
