Great experience this year. They were fast and efficient with my kids and my ski rentals. One of the guys working in the rental area upstairs (tall guy with a young daughter) was very friendly with the kids and he helped me fix boot pain I’ve been having for the last couple years. He sold me some inserts with arch support and added a heal riser under my liners and my feet felt the best they have in years while on the slopes. Great experience. Will be back next year for our gear.
If you are looking for anything related to skiing, this is THE place. They have a full selection of the highest quality products, and, most importantly, their staff is most knowledgeable, kindest, and most helpful in the Valley ... Don't rent here. I rented the snowboard Demo for my wife on the basis we could use 2 of the days as credit towards buying a board after if she liked it. All was going well until I did end up buying the board and they decided not to honor their commitment on the credits. Super shady. Rent with 4 mountain sports instead - save yourself the BS.

Excellent customer service. There was a mixup at the hotel ski valet and my skis and boots were missing. When I called Christie’s to let them know what happened ( the skis and boots were rented from there), Cody at the store was calm and professional and told me not to worry , but to come over and they would quickly loan me another set. This really helped save the day and saved the ski trip! Luckily the skis and boots were found later that day, but I really appreciate the trust and goodwill from Christie’s. Thank you!!!
