Had a great experience demoing here, staff is friendly and helpful and I got a complimentary boot heat molding!
We rented skis for 4 people. When asked how many days we were skiing we told them 3 days out of 4 days. When I returned the rental they billed extra $300 for the day we took off. Then they compared it to a car rental. Looked it up and other companies let you pay for the days you use the equipment. I’ll never rent or recommend this company again. I would have gladly returned the rentals the day we took off to save $300 but we weren’t informed about our options. Very disappointed
Peter was a pleasure to work with. Despite it being end of season with limited selections, he worked with me to try to find a well fitting boot and took the time to explain everything. We ultimately decided on waiting for next season to get into a new boot for better selection, but I feel very confident returning come December to dial in the perfect fit.
Great help on my new boots from the man from England, sorry I forgot his name.
