Dropped my board off overnight for two repairs and a hot wax. They gave the board back to me the next morning with a thanks come again. I grabbed the board and got on the gondola to realize the two repairs were not completed, or started. I called in and they said they would refund me my money when I came in. I came in to two employees who didn't know what to do. They called the manager. I had to wait for the manager to arrive to the store. I then had to "make my case" to him.
