My father has dementia and has been in this facility for a while now. He was in previous facilities that he felt were too big, and with his memory issues, he would get lost, more confused, and terrified. This facility has been much more like his simple home, rather quaint, and with things closer by for his comfort level in the room. The staff has been phenomenal with how they treat my father with respect and care while giving him the freedom to make choices in his last years of life.
