The city of Virginia Beach illegally accessed $9400 out of my disabled daughters secured trust account which is for disabled persons, and protected and not a free for all for the city to take for what they want it used for. The 1st pooled trust was set up after a personal injury settlement, and only 2 authorized individuals appointed legally are allowed to request funds from such an account. Virginia Beach unscrupulously without authorization stole $9400 out of that account to use it for what they wanted, which is illegal.
