Very professional. Relieved shoulder pain due to overworking that I've been dealing with for years. I can sit/stand up straight for the first time without excruciating pain and he explained what muscles I need to stretch out at home and how often I should receive massage to remedy the issue fully to get my shoulder back to 100 percent.
