I had my taxes done by Mr. O’ Connor and they were not done properly. Now I owe irs over 6000.00 dollars. I keep calling o’ Connor’s and all I get is a voice message. They were suppose to fix the problem and never did. If I was anyone using him I would say to stop as he does not answer phone and doshat he is suppose to do. So beware.
Filed with the company back in 2022. There was a mistake made on their end which led to having a balance due of over $10k. I’ve been getting dodged by their employees who insisted they were looking into the issue. They seem pretty negligent. I’d go elsewhere.
We used Chris to file our taxes and the first year went smoothly. The second time they filed our returns late and we ended up owing thousands more after we already paid thousands out. We decided not to use this firm going forward but what Chris and his team did was file our 2023 returns without any forms or paper work from us. He fabricated documents to bill us for tax work we never asked for. The IRS is now demanding thousands from us, showing us paper work with his name all over it that he submitted with false information.... read more
