Chris was great through the whole process and really helped us understand every step that we needed to complete. He was always available when we had questions and was able to help us decide what the right path forward was for us when there were multiple options. He really helped us work through how we were able to buy our new home before selling our current one since a contingent purchase was not going to be accepted in this market.
