A truly wonderful experience visiting this assisted living community. The staff is so professional and friendly. I had a wonderful tour with the Director of Marketing, Lorna, who is an absolute pro who loves her work and the residents. If you are considering assisted living for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend you visit this community.
Lorna the Admissions and Marketing Director is so kind and inviting. She is very knowledgeable about Christopher Heights and everything they have to offer. I really appreciated her education to my staff and the delicious food that was also prepped by their chefs. 10/10! Highly recommend.
In shepherding our loved one’s needs during his final years, we chose Christopher Heights of Belchertown, and for the five-plus years he lived there we were never disappointed for even a moment. If I could leave ten stars, I would! My siblings and I toured assisted living facilities for our mom and unanimously chose Christopher Heights of Belchertown. What an outstanding and correct choice we made! Mom has been there for 2 years now and I have not one bad thing to say. The entire staff is amazing.
