There were many personal obstacles to my completing the loan process as well as a knowledge deficit on my behalf with regard to the process. Chris and Karen were patient, knowledgeable and willing to hold my hand throughout the process. While I do not currently know of anyone looking to purchase a home at this time, their names are indelibly marked in my mind so that I will gladly recommend them to anyone I meet that is in the market!
