if i could give 0 stars i would!. I dont even personally use them, i have been dealing with them for a client of mine. The receptionist or whoever answers the phone has been extremely rude since day one. After i been trying to help my client obtain a letter for almost 30 days now there just so happens to always be an excuse. Today she hung up on me! You must be a miserable lady and hate your job!
