So I ordered the Paloma sunglasses on September 17 ,2024 never received the glasses, tried calling… nothing…emailing…nothing , not very good customer service, I wasted 150.00 I can’t believe this happened , poor service !

Bought three different pairs of paloma sunglasses in 2020 (!), really liked one of them and wanted to return the remaining two. After many many emails back and forth of CC trying to get me to agree on a discount, I was finally provided with a return label. I immediately sent the parcel on its way and received confirmation that the refund is already processed and on its way in January 2021. Returned glasses with proof of delivery on Oct 31 2022. Chrisopher Cloos charged my PayPal again after I initiated a return. Stole my money and went silent. They won't respond to emails on their website. 213 days later.

Broke the temple piece and they are sending me new frame ! I will post again when received.
