I had a very poor experience with this tax office last year. After signing documents for electronic filing, I was told that I would receive a IRS refund and that I owed state taxes, with direct deposit selected. Over several months, I contacted the office multiple times because I received no federal refund, no state payment was deducted, and the IRS website showed “no record.” Each time, I was told everything was correct and advised to contact the IRS myself.
