Steinger switched me to Chris Copeland, bcuz he didn't practice Employ law. Not only did Chris not call me to hear about my case, his wife Carla made no attempts to pursue my wrongful termination, after I submitted the intake form. Why give any potential clients hope to only beat them down. Would not recommend this firm.
Mr. Copeland was very patient, knowledgeable, kind and responsive and I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. The firm went above and beyond to help me. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Someone answered the phone everytime that I called. I can't say enough good things about the firm but as a whole they were a pleasure to work for and it relieved a lot of stress for me knowing that they were doing such a great job. Oh!
