I want to start off saying that the product and the staff are great. My review is about my experience with Christophe himself. He treats his employees like assets, refusing to learn their names or address them as people. He also refuses to acknowledge correct and/or preferred pronouns. He has stated several times blatantly that he does not care about anyone’s well being or respect them. He yells and intimidates when he does not get his way. He is not kind. The chocolate was pricey but worth it. I like the pistachio and orange chocolates so far. I will be back to try more. Sorry we ate it before I thought about posting it. It just looked so irresistible!!

The younger girl at the register was nice, but the lady helping us make a selection acted as though we were a nuisance. Sorry...we will not return.
