I visited the Cottleville location of Jan’s Hallmark, a store I have frequented many times in the past. As a longtime Gold Crown member, I have never encountered any issues until my visit on May 15, 2025. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a white woman who asked if I needed any assistance, to which I replied, "No, thank you." As I browsed through various items, other customers entered the store and were greeted as well. It's hit or miss, if you want something get it then, like everyone else it's being to where you are better shopping on line, if the case why have a store. Most of the associates are friendly no problem there.
