I live at the complex. I gave it a one star rating because zero is not an option. The building presents well from the exterior, however, the interior destroys that notion. From what I have observed, maintenance is not a priority to the owner. The building is full of flies due to the abundance of broken fly screens. My room has cracked walls, a rusty toilet, and a stained floor. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom for personal grooming.
