I called to make an appointment and had a terrible, arrogant, lousy treatment. The person was actually very unpleasant from the beginning, but became very rude once I asked about the needles she uses, as I prefer professionals that use disposable needles instead of sterilizing them and reusing them (I do not know if this is a current practice in the USA, but as my father is an doctor and acupuncturist overseas I do know this is done in other places and I personally believe it is less safe than the disposable ones).
