I called them to get help with my Will through Metlife Legal. The gentlemen who answered got a whole lot of info from me and finally said he has no availability next week. I asked if he could schedule for later. He then said he has no availability until end of May. And that I should call back later. He had no idea when later. Also, If they are booked solid for the next 2 months and won't take any more appointments, why waste my time asking all the questions that he did? Contacted Ms. Fox's office to set up multiple wills/advanced directives. Had a telephone appointment that we thought would be with her, but was with an assistant. The assistant took all of our info to do the wills and said that she would send them for review. Never heard back from anyone. Ended up doing our wills through another law office.

Thousand words or thousand thanks would not be enough to express my gratitude to Ms. Fox. Her professionalism, her knowledge, her patience, and help with my case, that has been so complex and difficult, have been enormous. Ms. Fox, has been like an angel sent by God to me, without her help I would have lost all my rights in my custody and child support case and would not have know what to do.
