This past weekend I attended Christina’s Embody retreat in Ocala, FL and it was truly extraordinary. Every part of the experience felt intentional, nurturing and deeply restorative. I enjoyed guided experiences, journaling, regulation practices, breathwork and hypnosis, yoga and an enlightening Reiki experience. I have been to several of Christina’s sound bowl healings and I can’t say enough. Each one has brought me to a deeper understanding of myself and has helped me get through some tough thoughts and decisions. It’s such safe place, relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend her!
Attended the “Paws to Connect” event recently, and we are already looking forward to the next sound healing session.
