Excellent manual skills and very professional.
Christina is an experienced compassionate massage therapist. Each session starts with a discussion about how your body is feeling; areas that might need extra attention. She actively listens and asks questions to customize each session to the client's needs. Christina will offer suggestions (ex: stretches for specific areas that were tight) at the end of the session to help prolong the effects of the massage. Each session is exactly what I need that day.
Christina Thompson has shown me a remarkable ability to be empathetic. Her holistic approach to treating my physical and mental needs has served me well. I highly recommend her services.
