To say I’m mortified is an understatement. I recently became a new mom 5 months ago, the staff at Soin was AMAZING besides one. Christina Klasmeier. She was extremely rude the entire time & failed to listen to me while I was screaming in pain due to her failure to realize my son was never in the correct position.
