Quality wasn't what I had previously received from them, slower service, and more expensive
4 MONTHS WAIT FOR A SINGLE FLAG TO BE MADE? I placed an order for a fully sewn flag back in November 2020. It is now March 2021 and I still do not have the flag. I was advised that the delay was due to government orders that need to be supplied at a specific time frame. This demonstrates that my single order was not a priority. I should not have to wait 4 months for a single fully sewn flag.
