We recently visited Christie's looking for a new sofa. We found the 'Navana' sofa, but not in the material/colour we liked. The very professional and helpful sales gentleman informed us that it was possible to choose a different material/colour, from another range, providing it was produced by the same manufacturer. This we did. The sofa was delivered on time and we were delighted with the sofa/material/colour. The knowledge, help and guidance from the sales gentleman was first class. Thank you for a first class experience.

We can highly recommend Christie's Furniture in Penryn. Just before Christmas we wanted to buy a bed, and arrived at the store not really knowing what we wanted, apart from the width of the bed (5 feet). We were given a good and understandable guided tour and were then encouraged to lie on each bed to try everything out, in our own time. Don’t think they’ve ever heard of customer service!! Ordered table and chairs plus a console table. Didn’t have what we wanted in store so they ordered on line without us seeing the table. Partly our fault but we didn’t realise when we ordered that it had a large pedalstal base but neither was this pointed out to us. When table arrived we realised that chairs wouldn’t fit underneath it and it therefore wouldn’t fit in our dining area.
