I have been working with Christie Ryan Fitness and she has taught me a great deal about healthy living. She is not only knowledgeable about healthy foods and bettering cholesterol, but she is a help with strength training and endurance building. I highly recommend her services for anyone wanting to lose weight or just feel better.
"Getting fit" or "getting healthy" doesn't really make me think of "fun" .... it makes me want to run & hide under the covers while eating a brick of dark chocolate.
