The service Chrisite provided to us was above and beyond. She had the knowledge to answer all our question since my wife and I are not banking or financing professionals. We truly did need things to be explained in simple terms and step by step. Through the home building and then refinancing process, she was always way more on-top of schedule and to-dos than we could have been--which is what you want when making the biggest investment of your life..we can not recommend ONB and Christie enough!
