Wonderful group, professional with great communication.
Have sent multiple emails asking for an ACH payment link with no response. Was quoted 1800$ for a clean up and and “tax preparation”. I was given an autogenerated quickbooks report for the “clean up”. Taxes never completed, when I asked about if they would complete them they said it would be an additional $400 dollars! I had already paid according to their invoicing. I’ve asked them to remove 400 for tax prep not completed with no response. $300 of that was “quickbooks set up”, which is entering company information like addr... read more
