As a "T.C." (transaction coordinator) I work with many closing companies across the Metroplex. I appreciate working with JR and Torrey as they always get the job done and I don't have to double check them or even push them to get us things within contract deadlines. I know they have it covered. This translates into easy, efficient and pleasant closings for our buyers and sellers. In addition, it is truly a TEAM mentality that when I needed a little assist on a file, I didn't have to worry, they helped me out and made sure our client was taken care of! I've done many transactions now with Secured Title and the experience is always the same. Thank you for what you do!

Our buyers agent said they used this title company a lot. It seem to me they did their title company work properly but their personal customer service is very, very poor. They did not listen to my requests every time I asked them to use a different email address and the owner did not respond to a phone call when we were told he would. I would not recommend this title company.
