C&R is Top-notch. Scott, JR, and Torrey are fantastic and will bend over backwards for their customers! I know my clients are in the best hands every time I send a contract their way! Superb!
Our buyers agent said they used this title company a lot. It seem to me they did their title company work properly but their personal customer service is very, very poor. They did not listen to my requests every time I asked them to use a different email address and the owner did not respond to a phone call when we were told he would. I would not recommend this title company.
