I do not recommend going to Christians in Action for help. I needed assistance with an electric bill. I was informed on line they could help, so I applied at their location in San Angelo. I waited a week and 1/2 and nothing. I called them back and they told me the lady I spoke to was no longer there. I asked about my applications and they quickly said they had no funds to give out, to try local church’s. Wow!!! Amazing place, Down on my luck I've had difficulty paying my bills on time an unfortunately my water got turned off right before the storm. Nowhere to turn I turned to Christain n action an just like that they were above an beyond to get my water turned back on, right on time. Thk u all so very much. May God bless ull always.
