Rosemary may be the most rude individual I’ve ever had the grace of speaking to. She not only rushed me off the phone but hung up on me midway through our convo. I suggest finding new customer service representatives as she is definitely not fit to do her job.
I worked for a company for 24 years and we used W.H. as our uniform provider and we really never had any complaints. Tony Mugno was our guy back then and was always friendly and accommodating to our needs.
