Christian is just what I needed for my musculoskeletal pains from scoliosis, tmj and exercise. He's extremely knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. Besides relieving you of pain through massage, he also teaches you about it's source and how to manage it. When I have aches from exercise, he demonstrates alternative ways that might be better for me. I highly recommend him if you want to not only find relief, but learn on how to help yourself.

Christian was extremely informative and took the time to truly understand my specific needs. He was very intentional with his feedback, educating me on how to prevent future injuries and maintain a healthy, sustainable routine. I really appreciated that he made sure I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my concerns, and he even followed up by sending helpful information to use after my visit.

My experience with Christian’s’ massage was great! I’m a professional ballerina and today my Achilles tendon was sore. He found all the places that were tight and lengthened and made my body feel so much better. My ankle felt 100 times better too than when I had entered there. I highly recommend Christian as a massage therapist. He is also very kind and knowledgeable too.

I came to see Chris for a pain in my shoulder that was causing me functional limitations. Five weeks later, I am pain free, educated in much more than shoulder physiology and equipped with very specific exercises that will continue to heal and strengthen said shoulder.
