Horrible experience. Unenthusiastic staff unless you actually buy something. I ordered a shoe in store as it was out of stock, it was to be delivered to my home. A week passed and I recieved nothing. I called just to find out the order “could not be fulfilled” as the shoe was in Canada. If I had not called to check in my 1000 dollar shoe, would my money have stayed right with them. Inefficient services. Get your loubs elsewhere.
