Called looking for a way to settle my debt spoke to Kelly He was very informative and very helpful and very patient taking the time to break it down for me and direct me the right direction thank you so much.
John is RUDE and condescending so request a different counselor if you sign up for this program. Of note, representative “Brenda” was patient, helpful, kind and courteous.
