It would be helpful for them to list on their website that they stop printing birth certificates at 4pm when they are open until 4:30. Staff made it seem like that should have been common sense.
I just called to get results on a water test, and the front desk lady plus the environmental department were incredibly friendly! It's always a breath of relief when you get kindness immediately! Thank you guys for your help!
