This is the worst banking institution I've ever used. Everything about it is horrible: the app, the website, the customer service. And the name,"Christian..." what a joke. The website is constantly undergoing changes and can't be used. Same with the app. I'm just trying to make a payment on my card in good standing.This happens each month. Horrible customer service. EVERY time I call them, their "system is down" or it is in some process that makes in impossible for them to help me. It's very difficult to talk to a person. Constant problems that are never resolved. Horrible, horrible service. It really seems like a non-legit company. Beware.
Very archaic policies on electronic withdrawals. My business during Covid 19 has slowed quite a bit. When my CD came due I tried to electronic transfer several thousand to my bank. I was told that only $2000. can be transferred at a time and you have to wait until the first one clears in order to transfer the second and so on. I sent the money in good faith and it took less than 24 hours to deposit in credit union. Now that I want my money back it will take 2 1/2 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable.
