My MIL spent a week recovering here. The whole staff was loving and caring to her and my FIL. When we had questions, they took time to listen and respond. I trust anyone who spends a single day or longer, will be well cared for by some amazing people. I am very grateful!
Bed bugs, hostile staff, and neglect of residents.
The RN's in the rehab 100 wing are wonderful. They're always there for you. They work too hard, always busy but never too busy to take the time and listen. The CNA's are great too but need more of them to be able to fulfill all the patient's needs. I can't say enough about the entire Activity group along with the many volunteers that help on each wonderful fun, entertaining activities they plan for each day! Horrible I worked there for a month or two I just quit it was so bad please don’t put your parents there please bedsores everywhere they just let them use the bathroom on there self even when they ask to use it the cnas doing nothing!!!! Don’t take them there!
