Destinee was a huge help, gave me answers to questions I was pondering. Gave me a great tour of rooms and details about them and the great services in the Memory Care center. Also got to meet Riley, very nice encouraging gentleman. I was very impressed
The facility is old and is in need of renovation. The care ranges from excellent to adequate, Some of the staff are really outstanding and caring, but others just do their job and little more. Most of the nurses are very good and a few are wonderful but one or two are barely adequate.
Riley was very kind and helpful, showing Mom all she wanted to see. He explained things so well. All the residents we met along the way were very pleasant and welcoming!
