This was the worst experience from a medical transport I've and others have had. The start was great because they were a reasonable price and the pick up was timely as promised ,,from there it was all downhill for return transport. 3:15 turned into 4:50 with a 98 year old mother in a wheelchair waiting for 0 to arrive till they were ready to arrive it seems. Caring and professional!
didn't answer regular or emergency after hours phone for over an hour. Showed up 45 minutes late and couldn't reach them to find out if they were coming or not. luckily dr allowed patient to still be seen despite arriving very late. would not use again.
