They people at the Christ community on park ave are worthless they don't communicate with each other on information given they constantly ask the same questions you give to the intake nurse about medication and reason for being at the dr. On top of that the nurse had the nerve to have a attitude when I asked her did she not see the information in the system the lady on the pharmacy was cool
Not sure what I need to say something went wrong
I gave my current medication list, refill request and pharmacy address to both desk assistant and nurse practitioner before my visit. None of them put those information about me in the system. I had to call CCHS and come to the clinic again to get my refill. If you have a visit scheduled, better get a whole day off, because you never know how much walk-in patients are going to show up.
La verdad la peor experiencia que pude pasar llegué a las 10 am ya teniendo cita a las 11 am, luego me llaman y me dicen cancelamos tu cita solo hay para las 2 tuve que esperar y para colmo la enfermera trató muy mal a hijo de 4 años se burlaba porque lloro cuando ella con su mala actitud le apretó el brazo para colocar su vacuna, salió riendo y solo decía I AM BAD I AM BAD en forma de sarcasmo
