Wasn't very transparent. He told us we were good to go on one house when we weren't. We were waiting on work verification when it was in another employee's email. I asked him twice about the end of closing cost what they would be, and he told me it wouldn't be over 1200. We gave 1200, and then he said, we still owed more after closing, even after I screenshot what he said that. Hey , don't worry, it won't be over 12.
