They have changed their name to Mitchell Tax services. Dianne Orlando-Mitchell is the new owner. She was there last year too. She is rude! Rude! Rude! I thought she was rude last year to my 81 year old mother but this year even worse. I think they actually forgot to do them. I had to keep calling and emailing. Finally, on April 14, they said they finished. Do not trust these people with your Taxes or any confidential information.
We have our corporate accounting and taxes done by Chris Johnston and company. They have been excellent at communication and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. I have had three other accountants over a quarter of a century and they have been the best.
Actually walked out feeling extremely uncomfortable and insulted.Based upon the reviews given i went to chris with thefeeling my problems would be corrected professionally.The wife/Secretary whatever position she holds made sure i will never use this business.I met chris and seemed like a great guy but the greeting i recieved was very rude and far from what i was expecting.Your secretary needs a crash course in manners before you end up having a bad reputation which hinges upon her attitude
We're really happy with Chris Johnston as our CPA. Taxes are done on time, and at a very fair price. And his office lady, Diana, is all-over-it... so you can procrastinate too long or hard. I highly recommend Chris for your accounting needs!
