Asked me to commit Fraud by forging my military brother's signature on a car sales document. After having them recommend that I commit fraud the deal fell through and they kept my 18,000 deposit.

This Dealership is nothing but a scam. My mother bought a used truck last week which they said was in perfect conditions. The transmission broke 3rd gear within 1 day of having it and she took it back, even though they said they wouldn’t take it back at first and then they did and said they were going to fix it. Since she took it back within 3 days she wanted her money back and the owner was beyond rude and said they don’t give down payments back. We are transportation company that delivered car to this dealer and never got paid for our services. This company lists cars as COD, but when drivers arrive, they are told payment will be made via Zelle, which never happens. We delivered a car June 14 and have called every day asking for payment, but no one answers. Finally, someone answered and told us the owner is not here and they can't pay us. AVOID this dealer!! I bought a van and they told me it was in good condition. We drove it for 5 minutes and it seemed ok. The AC was not working and they said it only needed gas. The next day after purchasing the Van it broke down. I took it to the mechanic and I was told the transmission was not good and had to spend about 5 thousand dollars to fix it.
