My experience was very brief. I called (about a month and a half ago) to ask about getting help with disability because I have cancer, I wasn’t even able to say I had cancer. Only told that the person who handles disability isn’t there and they would call me back later. They never did. I don’t know why they did this, maybe because I’m young and sound young- I’ve noticed many don’t seem to care or think I could be sick since I’m college age.
