I originally gave him five stars, but towards the end of my bankruptcy, my thoughts changed. You never speak to him, but once and if you have questions, good luck sometimes getting any kind of answers because it could take days sometimes even weeks before you hear from anybody on his team. He got me through the bankruptcy, but then that was the last I ever actually heard from him.
